Achieving the IMS Policy

  1. Managing patient safety, quality assurance and improvement activities so as to reduce risks to patients and improve clinical, operational processes and outcomes.
  2. Monitoring, reviewing and maintaining safe systems of work, policies and procedures by complying with all relevant health, safety, environmental legislations.
  3. Preventing work-related incidents by providing adequate resources, programmes, education and training to our staff and service partners.
  4. Performing environmental aspect-impact assessment of workplace activities to identify, evaluate and control the risks through mitigation of foreseeable unsafe conditions, environment and behaviours.
  5. Engaging relevant stakeholders and staff through communication, consultation, participation to improve the QEHS continually.
  6. Reviewing our objectives and implementing targets and their performances.
  7. Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of quality, environmental sustainability, health and safety culture.
