Building Tomorrow's Healthcare
At Thomson Medical Group (TMG), we recognise that sustainability is an ongoing commitment, not a destination. This is why responsible practices are embedded in all aspects of our Group's operations to drive meaningful impact for society and the environment, for a healthier and more resilient future.
Our sustainability strategy is guided by internationally recognised standards to ensure our efforts are comprehensive, responsible, and aligned with global best practice. We believe healthcare excellence and environmental responsibility can coexist for the benefit of the women, children, and families we serve.
Our Sustainability Goals
To translate our sustainability commitment into action, we align our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).
Specifically, our efforts are focused in the areas of ensuring Good Health and Well-being, Decent Work and Economic Growth, Climate Action, as well as Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. Through these efforts, we aim to reinforce a unified culture of sustainable governance throughout TMG.

Managing Our Environmental Impact
At TMG, we recognise the vital link between healthcare and its potential environmental impact.
To reduce our environmental footprint, we are focused on ways to improve energy efficiency, manage waste responsibly, conserve water, and the implementation of green infrastructure upgrades.

Caring for Our People & Communities
At TMG, our aim is to create meaningful social impact by caring for our patients and employees, as well as supporting the communities we serve. Our initiatives focus on public health outreach, health literacy, and advocacy of personal health awareness.
Through strategic partnerships, public engagement, and employee-led programmes, we seek to promote community wellbeing, raise awareness, and improve access to quality care.

Corporate Governance
To navigate the complexities of the highly regulated healthcare sector, we have established a robust corporate governance framework. This framework ensures compliance with applicable laws and standards, safeguards patient safety, fosters stakeholder trust, and promotes long-term business sustainability.
Oversight is exercised by the Board of Directors, the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), the Medical Advisory Board, Group and Country Senior Management, and is supported by the Group Risk Team.
